wah!! i didnt know pearl forum comes in any other colour than the charcoal silver!! anyone nkows if there is a black set???i luuv black ^^

8O dude did you even check out Pearl's official website regarding their colours or did u just see swee lee's website. Read that you wanna get a set.

Word of advice : DO extensive research. :) Not putting you down or anything la...just dun rush into buying a set. Drumming is an investment :)

frummer: saw ur drum kit pics... looks cool. anyway just wana ask wat did u use to cover the hole of the tom mount? been thinking of a solution for quite some time already.

well,i do research on drum items such as cymbals, drumkits, playing techniques, etc.,however, the reason i had not pursued into the pearl forum as i did not put that kit into consideration in my shopping list

and with all due respect,i still find your speech alittle offensive even though u said to have no intention of "putting me down" as i was unsure that if sweelee had other colours and hoped if someone would clarify.this is because whatever colours pearl's official site has stated does not neccessary mean that sweelee has them.why?this is because pearl only has 2 links to its website which is either the usa or europe portal. And as we all know, not every specific product from foreign countries may be available in ours

i appreciate the feedback anyways :D

taku_zhenhao : hey, i cudnt find anything to cover the hole arh.unless u put a soft toy there haha! well i do noe that Pearl now sells bass drum hole covers in the states but i doubt its in sg :?

churnz : i get your point(from what i noe only tama has a specific country portal). i hope you got mine too. no hard feelings man. :D

Hello guys.. I'm new in forum. Here's my super humble kit. Bought it from jamming studios, man you all dont want to see the drum's condition when I first got it from the owner. Its so sad. But I'm very slowly upgrading it into these. Enjoy guys.

Here two pics were taken in my previous gig at a dinner function

comments on my kit? anyone??? say it good or bad!

Can ur carpet fly?

Ur setup is simple and clean. Keep it that way. Easier to maintain.

Save some $$$$ For better cymbals. From my experience, those Meinl headliners are really ear wrenching. :P

Do u have drums as well?

Well, surprisingly, the Headliner is very quiet compared to my Dark Crash.

welcome to SOFT Kari.....!

I just love the Aquarian bass drum skins..... :D

i'd love it too after being introduced by Jee from JS Music. Its worth every ringgit I spent on it! Very boomy and not dead at all.

Looks decent to me... it will look and sound better with high end cymbals... 8)

thanks dude. yah... now i'm saving for new ride. This ride is very bright and dont have any stick definition. Its like riding a crash. Very bright and lots of unwanted ringing. But the hats are fine.
