BebopIggy: nice kit out there :D but a question here, ur throne is on the sponge too right? i used to do it like u but my throne got abit shaky and i cant really focus well...u dun have that problems? hmm...need advice though :D

Hi actorial,

The throne is very stable despite the fact that it is on the foam. Maybe you should spread the legs wider for more stability?

Cheers..

helloo everyone im new here
i just had my drum lesson last month it was GREAT!

Where to get the blue foam BebopIggy?i think its a good idea for flooring!!

Im using a typical throne with round cushion, not sure is it the height that i set it (i set until my legs at 90 degrees angle)

I hav dis backache everytime..i dun hunch dat much when i drum neither do i sit very straight. i try sitting with a dining chair, then the backache is gone!!
Plz shed some light!! thank u

Hi TOTO,

The blue foam can be bought at KiddyPalace or you can try your luck at any toys or kids department of major shopping complex.

As for your back problem, I'll suggest you see a doc. You had mentioned that you don't hunch when you sit and also the ache is gone if you sit on a dinning chair, so I believe it could be a medical problem.

Hope the information helps....

Cheers

Hi all, this is what I play on at home since I can't really set up a drumset in my little house. Nonetheless, I have great time practising on it. Oh, I added a double-pedal to this set-up.

: )X

Drumdead - if I had your set up, my rudiments would be waaaaaay better than what I am now. lol. Just curious, your double pedal hit where ah?
