Nic: I think you have this weird "thing" for cowbells. I dunno man :) LOL

Anyway, I see that all the drummers in SOFT are pretty friendly and cool with each other. As in I don't see any cyber arguments here in the drummers section, unlike on the other side......pretty sad; all the flaming, comparing of gears etc.

Drummers are always cool.

@Jeepers: My C is temporary. Damn horrible lah. Some medical reasons, because my mom called up and complained. So... Still have more medical tests. The thing is that if in the end I should be upgraded, then I'll have gone through the modified BMT for a few weeks, AND THEN go do the full bmt, which is really damn stupid.

@Girlpants: No, as you can see I have stopped putting cowbells on my drumset.

girlpants. yea cowbells are fun to play. BUT must know what and how to play. and yea little flaming over here. peaceful community.

Schtauffen: Nic is right. That's a cow bell. This drum kit can be an alternative for those with space constraint. It just takes up 2x3 tiles.

Mel: The Pearl Mini sounds great! It was a timely purchase for this project of mine.

Plainsman: I am considering to have a gathering on 8 Dec (Public Holiday) so others like you can check out the kit and try.

So you guys don't be surprised if you see me accompanying some buskers in their playing of instruments and singing. I am not taking a single cent but just doing a good deed and enjoy my hobby :)

Nic: Ah. Mine's perm cos I tore my ACL and MCL. Recently strained the meniscus. Yeh it'd be downright stupid if that happened.

mel80: The Multi sounds good for its price leh. Played it during lesson at MusicLab. But I'd prefer the red sparkle finish, and it's not available now. Pity.
 
Army can kiss my ass for another 2 years. My only problem is that if I Pes C = desk job = less money. Oh bother.

@drum hobbyist: Eh just curious to know, why not use a floor tom and invert the pedal beater like cocktail kit style? I think those look quite cool actually xD

Also, I tried the Pearl Mini before, didn't really like the sound though. I think also, I don't *really* like piccolos in general lah.

When you're busking must tell us! Then shall go down and watch >D

@Schtauffen: Yeah, next year. I think all of us going in next year should meet up some time and learn how to recognize each other =O

@Jeepers: ACL and MCL are.... ligaments right? I don't know all these medical terms xP
But do they affect your drumming much?
