We regret to inform that we will not be taking in any repairs till 21st August as KC is away. As always, we will not be accepting any request of holding on to your guitars to avoid any complications.

Hi, I have a guitar I sent to change the nut and saddle to tusq. I sent the guitar on the 04-08-09 but have not receive it yet. Now since KC is away, do that mean I have to wait for him to come back to get my guitar back?
