No More Andy Timmons Signature Model?

Hey, I suddenly don't see Andy Timmons' name and signature guitars on Ibanez website since they revamped it.

Is he no longer endorsed by Ibanez?

No, not anymore. He said he still has personal relationship with Ibanez guitars and continue to play them but free from business boundaries that allows him to play other guitars.

AT is currently trying out some other brands... Check his site regularly for up to date news...

This is what Andy says

This leads me to the ending of my "official" relationship with Ibanez.
To make a fairly long and complicated tale short, I just decided that I want to play whatever I want to play when I want to play it. Complete artistic freedom is paramount to me at this point in my career.
I am extremely proud of the AT100 and AT300 guitars and they will continue to be a big part of my sound in the future. I am not searching for an endorsement with another guitar company as many have speculated.
It was difficult to part ways with such good friends, but I really feel great about the future!

cos if he is endorsed by ibanez, he can only play ibanez guitars in public performances, but if he is free from any "official" link with ibanez, he is allowed to play any guitar from any brands in order to get a sound that he wants but is unable to achieve with his signature model by ibanez.

or so i think =/
