New Jammin' Studio Location

If you can afford it, how about walking distance from town! Haha!

There're so many jamming studios in town, way more than anywhere else on the island. But truthfully, all the best studios are in town (Music Ensemble and my favourite, Beat Merchants!) Maybe a very good one either in the North, west or central area would be very nice.

JALAN KAYU!!!! hungry can eat roti prata..haha best sia jam finish lepak with bandmates at roti prata shop haha...there got bus stops and lrt not bad...and the most important part, I LIVE THERE!!! haah just kidding..but seriously it is really a cool place to have a studio...cause most of the buildings here are shop houses and like u walk up there then got rooms for jamming like cool arh...

You open up one in Dover, near one of the poly, i tell you your business gonna be better than that Alvron and 4tones soon. =)

SP got a jamming studio already. Although maintenance is a bit crappy. No where else in Singapore can you get a LARGE studio with two keyboards, two guitar amps, a bass amp and a drumkit (and congas too) at $10 per hour! I'd say avoid polys. Go for the housing areas like Bukit Panjang or Choa Chu Kang and you open your market to all walks of life, not just the niche market of poly students.

I'd really love it if there's one at Bukit Panjang...*hint hint* haha

Yup there's one opp. Chinese Garden Mrt. X Studio or sth. There's another in the toh tuck area or sth. near IMM.

yeah,
the one behind IMM is Sound Bites studios.
the one beside chinese garden mrt is X studios.

open one which is easily accessible one at jurong east, since seng chai closed down.

somewhere beside the CPF building or at the entertainment centre should be a prime location.

sound bites is a good place but it only has one room, the chinese garden one may have limited space too and I think they have like 3? rooms?.

You seldom see the old weekend warriors (aged 25-50 year olds) there like how it used to be at the corridor of Seng Chai. These weekend warriors are the ones who will be your regular customers for years or decades even.

need i say more? Half of the poast here are voting for west side!

Quoting Ali G "Coz Wesside is da best"

Jurong/BBatok would be nice

West Side!!!

WEST SIDE! really..The west is really lacking of jamming studios.. my band have to travel all the way to the central to jam every week.. sigh.sigh.sigh.. so really hope if studios settle somewhere arnd the west... i can see alot westerners here too.. lol
