Hello. I have found a tone which I like,
Playing through an RG 560, unknown seymour duncan pickup (maybe JB?) through Ibanez Metal Screamer ( Ibanez Metal Screamer )
kinda like a less known version of a tube screamer and into a blackheart tube amp on 3w setting
YouSendIt - Send large files - transfer delivery - FTP Replacement
here is a short unfinished clip... pls dont mind the poor playing and mistakes
I like this tone im getting for the melody part (halfway thru the clip), however the gain is kinda weak and the pinch harmonics dont come out very well. ( many attempts to even get this sound! need to hit almost the exact sweet spot on the string with no screwups during the execution to get this kind of pinch harmonic )
I guess the MSL is classified under "Overdrive" ? Is there a distortion or heavier pedal around that provides more gain for better pinch harmonics while keeping to this tone?
