Hi, any recommendation on acoustic guitar? Im looking forward a towards warm sounding one. If im getting a acoustic guitar, what should I look out for? I got no experince in acoustic, only played electric before. And what is NATO? I went to luthers and browse around and saw some NATO thing.

My budget is around 500, of course the lower the better if there is one with nice sounding too. I dont want those that could plug in one. It will be better if there is cutaway, but without it, its fine too

go maestro at peninsula diagonally opposite Luther.

search on this forum for all good things said about maestro.

$500 can get you a very good maestro.

thanks, will keep a lookout on that. how about takamine guitars? are they fine?

Im quite interested at the model g340. It got great looks imo, and the price is 250.

there is the other version with pickups, but i guess i will skip it since i dont use it?

takamine's good. U could oso try Simon and patrick or Timothy(sinamex). a little over ur budget but its worth:). ard 500-900

no lah, the plastic fretboard 1 costs a tad more. kapoks right, basically classical guitars with steel strings?dont hav truss rod right?n the worst thing is tt it's got a FLAT fretboard. IMO, steel strings n a flat fretboard juz dont work..

$500?

Baby taylor!!!

dont the baby taylor cost $350?the big big baby costs $600 right?y since $500 closer to $600, y not juz get a full size 1?

tell me guys... honest.

cover up the headstock and play the guitar.
tell me whats so good about the baby taylor??

for that price i can get a better sounding, fuller bodied, louder acoustic.

tell me something that i might have missed out on the baby taylor cos each time I see someone asking for acoustic guitar recommendation, there's bound to be a baby taylor recommendation.

try out the Blast! guitars at luthermusic and guitar 77, really cheap, really nice, a semi-acustic with pickup and tuner and mic out and normal output jack <$400, but don't ask where it comes from if ur a country snob

ehh nothing really. i played a baby taylor and edder's right you can get a better guitar for that money.

well,it did start our journey dude :P

but yeah..dun get kapok...unless u wanna play with high action, and tuners that need u to turn a million times in order to tune..

give maestro a shot. they are at penin basement. near g77. da guitars there are solid and u cannot find anything at tt price with tt kind of sound.
