Neck Joint - Looking for Disc Sander and Drilling Machine

Want to do some modification to my guitar

I have been looking for workshop or anyone kind enough to let me do some sanding and drilling with these machines.

Do you all know anyone who has these:

Disc Sander

Bench Drilling Machine

d&t room.. your secondary school design and technology room.. has all this equipment.. or u can try those woodworkin shops

I thought of that too...

But who would let me in and borrow their machine unless I know someone who will let me in. My sec has moved to don't know where.
