Why can't Singaporean pick up after themselves? Stop f ucking littering lah! There are bins everywhere, be a man... do the right thing.Walk up to the bin and throw your rubbish in.

these people only have one agenda, and it is to issue FINES and SUMMONS

and then they try and smooth talk their way to try and get in, and once even left a FAKE APPOINTMENT NOTICE letter under my door (i knew it was fake because the letter was addressed to pasir ris street blah blah, which was cancelled and my address was handwritten below)

there was once my WHOLE FAMILY was at home, my father blasted ANDREA BOCELLI and they rang my doorbell and everyone literally BUAT BODOH

in the end they gave up after many attempts. i put one over the MAN
 
+1 edder. of cos i learnt from that bad bad mistake uh. simple yet its so careless of us to just throw our crap anywhere we like to..

same shit happened to me when i was in my teenage years... lol

but we dun run la. we just as normal, take out IC, kena screen then was told to go back.
we juz sit and wait for them to go n start playing again.

there are sum fcuk up officers tat we always argue with. he even offered us a fight after his shift. lol... tats a long story.

but wen the officer is 'lecturer' type, i love to debate back.
my favourite points:
1) u stop us from playing soccer, but gahmen say to kip fit n aiming for world cup 2010
2) tis neighbourhood no place to kick ball n u tell us go other places to play-why must we? we stay here wat...
3) there's isnt a sign say cannot play soccer and yet u stop our "champions league"

a lot la... lol

they make so many bastketball courts and badminton courts which people dont even use, yet not any street soccer courts or football fields anywhere near. ok maybe we were at fault, playing at night, making alot of noises. haha.

oh yeah about the NEA fine, my sis got it. she paid through AXS machine.i still heck care. hahah
 
thats a sign of the corruption among licensed officers abusing their powers by threatening the naive teenagers of this country.

i even did a roberto carlos at a postwoman who was nagging at us.at least the training is worth it in a way.

yeah gov should do more street soccer courts and cut down redundant basketball and badminton court.soccer for life!
 
Used to argue with people who complained.
Learned that arguing with the police gets you no where, better go to another place and just let them " lecture. "
My friend, who was smoking, and isn't 18 got caught by a NEA officer, but was let off because he opted to throw this pack of cigarettes away. Lucky.

the law now is much more open where a tom,dick and harry is entitled to know.
so basically, u can protect urself if they were to abuse their power anyhow.

recently, like ard 10pm+ ard the garden at my place.i just want to smoke and have open scenery,relax...
i was 'screened' by a staff sergeant and his NS corporal partner (they didnt wear headgear summore)
i didnt bring wallet,so no IC-they say tat its illegal
i was like wat? i stay at tis block!!!

then after like 20mins debate, they tell me to go home or they will bring me in n charge breach of peace...coz ppl complain i'm very noisy. (in fact i was juz sitting and smoking)

wth... i took down their names n threaten to lodge a complain.
they left... without even a thank u!

funny rite? like notink beta to do.
might as well check the bangladesh under the void deck wat than me. i stay here almost 27years!!!
 
dude dude. my friend faced the same situation. he was fined on the spot 200 bucks for throwing a cig bud on the ground. but he didnt negotiate la. ha. then he jus ya ya . then get some white colour form. then i followed him to pay thru the AXS machine. ahwell. strict but still. hmm.

i didnt see or learn tat it is illegal. tats y i debate a bit.
it is just advisable to bring it incase of accidents and such.

but normal screening, it is ok. u can just say out ur IC number.
i dun like to bring my IC out too coz i lost my IC a few times b4.
heart pain sial to take out $ for replacement. and its not cheap

no worry bros..under the law,it is not an offence not to bring your NRIC.
however it is an offence if failure to furnish your particulars truthfully
an offence of breach of peace will only be of substance if there is a complainant

no worries..noobs on the ground sometimes doesn't know the PPPOs and PGOs

this type of thing also happen to me before

2 noobs,making a check on me early in the morning at 5 am
while I was trying to start my car to go to work
Approach me in a "I owe you a living manner". Start questioning me and reciting the laws etc etc and they left after 30 mins. I just smile and be polite

Knowing the team on duty,called their supervisor who was my probationer. Told him what happen.Well...the next time they saw me..they still have to call me Sir..with that paiseh look on their face..

It pays to be nice
