Name that Chord thread

I'm gonna say Aadd#13/B. E6add4b9/B don't seem right but what do I know. And it's sound seems more A like. B9add4#5 is too clunky also.

a #13 is another name for b7....taking the B as a 9...and thinking in terms of inversions....try the same chord again

I look at it as an EbMaj7#5, i.e. harmonizing of the third mode of C Melodic Minor. probably wrong..

Yeah, it should correctly be called a sus4.

Only when there's a major 3rd in there, it can be called an add11. My bad.
