Cosmic Jokers - Planeten Sit-in (German Kosmiche muzik!!)

ELP - Tarkus (super prog warfare!!)

Soft Machine - Vol 2 (psychin' stuff)

Hawkwind - s/t (first album from spacerock lordz)

anyone knows how do i post a picture here?? hahaha...i have some contributions...which i think i will just list down in plain fashion here:

Raspatul - Devils in Renewed Birth (sg death thrash yeah!!)

Old Wainds - Scalding Coldness (some of the grimmest, blackest, and most pissed off BM)

Wilco - A Ghost is Born (ok this is not exactly new...but i have been listening to this a lot this past week. i must say after a long long period of not listening to wilco, this has put rightfully made me appreciate the genius that is tweedy's solos. i actually liked this more than yankee hotel foxtrot. really really do.)

A Ghost Is Born is a modern classic that fuses both songcraft and experimentation into a perfect meld.......indeed a new being is born.........

the album after this (Sky Blue Sky) is superb mellow gold.........

Enslaved's Vertebrae is a prog-metal classic, best metal album of the year..........my fav work of theirs alongside Isa.

now trippin out to:

Yoko Ono - Plastic Ono Band (awesome freek-rockin)

Faust - Rien (avant-rock assemblages)

Asva - What You Don't Know Is Frontier (dooom droning goodness)

Damo Suzuki & Cul De Sac - Abhayamudra (free-form long-form rock improvs)

anyone went to the Gramophone sale at Cathay? got these goodies at cheep prices bet 5-10 bucks:

Falkenbach - Heralding The Fireblade
Jane's Addiction - Ritual De Lo Habitual
Death In Vegas - The Contino Sessions
John Coltrane - Ole
The Human League - Reproduction
Jefferson Airplane - Surrealistic Pillow
the Mooney Suzuki - Live and Amplified

theres more i wanted.....just i thought i'd not go so mad this time esp since i have been buyin so much music its idiotic..........

My last few purchases :

Madvillainy by Madvillain
Black on Both Sides by Mos Def
Elliot Smith self-titled.
Pinkerton by Weezer

Pinkerton and Madvillainy in heavy rotation now, both really great albums.

Opeth - Watershed[I personally think Watershed is a little letdown because The Grand Conjuration was such a kick-ass album, so I guess I was expecting something better in the same direction. Still a good album nonetheless.]

Archgoat - Whore of Bethlehem[Okay, this is definitely a great black metal album! :D and it means a lot more to me cos my girlfriend bought it for me!]
