Alright bro, I hear you. I do also hope that know where I'm coming from and that you take it to heart in whatever you do.
I've worked on such projects, including mega-cities and it all boils down who it is that is producing the entire piece - the visuals and the music?
He/She should have a good idea as to whom the condominium is being marketed to - singles, young couples, matured couples, yuppies etc. Mind you, all condominiums today incorporate some form of high-tech infrastructure - that info is too light-weight for you to want to work with.
If you want to do a professional job, you really need to act professinally. So bear with me here - I'm not talking down to you.
You have to ask the right Qs. In your case, ask the producer for info on the target audience, the type of music/genre, instrumentation, main instrument (if any) and if he/she has something in mind or a sample that they feel may work.
It also depends if your company is a design company, a markerting company or the actual developers. You need to ensure that the info you get is from the people that matters most. In this case, it will be the developers.
Good Luck
