paypal is used internationally for ppl who buy stuff and even online shops. its 100% safe (unless u're being targeted and that person hacks into your account?)
Music123 is ok as well. Normal Online music store thats common in the US.

Postage usually is the same direct from Music123 and from Vpost (because for Vpost, Music123 will charge shipping to your Vpost addr, then vpost charges u to ship to singapore. And VPOST isnt exactly cheap either!!!).
However if you're thinking on getting a guitar, its not advisable as during feight, the guitar will be damaged. and shipping costs will not be refunded for returns.
