Friend, this site is a SCAM!!!

Singaporeans do need to inform the US govt electronically if they are entering the country without a visa. It's a lot like applying online for exit permit. AND IT'S SUPPOSED TO BE FREE!!

You can enter the US via the VWP (Visa Waver Programme) and stay there for I think 3-6 months without a Visa. But you won't be able to find work legally during your stay there.

Sorry if I came off as scolding you!

Just wanted to make it extremely clear to everyone that the ESTA Singapore site is a complete sham that's collecting your credit card information to do a task that you can do yourself...

Must be careful man. US is not physically that dangerous (unless you head up to the Bronx... or Detroit) but there are quite a few more conmen out there than I'd be comfortable with. Be especially careful with your debit/credit card.

Safest way is just go to the US Embassy and ask them what needs to be done.
