monitoring and mixing headphones

need recommendations for headphones that is between 100 to 120 dollars,i was recommended the shure srh 240(99dollars) and jvc m750($139) at headphone gallery at funan,i personally find the shure srh 240 more flat and is better towards the high and mid frequency range, the jvc has much better bass and i personally fell is more overall balanced but i don't know if there are other standard monitoring headphones that are better for this price range i am looking for or are there any other factors to consider so any comments would be very much appreciated thanks people :)

I don't really update myself on headphone. For me three thing to check.
1. Comfortable to listen for long duration of time. Even quality a bit not good is ok, rather than high quality but tired easily.
2. Comfortable fitting for a long period of time. Especially outdoor recording.
3. Company that not known for changing model all the time. I only know Audio Techinca and Beyerdyamnics only.

i would really recommend audio technica man. can never go wrong with those. try to get the flat ones. flat=more accurate mix =)
glad i could help
