Ummm.... ISD's Whitley Road Detention Centre is not a prison.
Mas Scofield hasn't been put on any trial since the day he was handed over to Singapore by the Indonesian authorities in January 2006.
So, unless Singapore is a country of barbarians who just execute prisoners without trial anyhow, then he can't be hanged.

we don't know if he's even still in singapore. he could already be in indonesia or somewhere else. true, singapore is small but not everyone would dare look high and low for him. they have their families, jobs and other stuff to do

the singapore goverment should hire mercenaries like Executive Outcomes from south africa. when they were deployed in sierra leone they totally removed the RUF rebel threat within a day from the main city whereas the main millitary took a couple of years and failed. money can get you anything.
