MIDI Gameport Cable

Hey ppl, any idea where to get MIDI cable that connects to sound blaster live gameports? Im planning to use it for my GT8. I searched some stores in SimLim Square but they have no idea wat those are... Thanks!

such cable costs $25-45 ten years ago,
nowadays nobody uses them anymore.
