The queue was LOOONG!

Went there with my bro and a friend
We left the place with a Boss LS-2 for myself, drum sticks for my bro and a boss V-wah for my friend.

2 primary factors causing the long queue:

*impending GST hike
*ONE day event

unlike previous SALE events which happened over a 2-day period...

i would suggest that they have more payment counters? maybe designate seperate queue lines for cash/ NETS/ Credit card...?

although its a sale item, i think you still have a week's time to return

most sales probably dont have return warranties, so its not that bad

im guessing the q i got was quite ok. about 20 ppl or so..around 3 to 330pm. then one of the staff came around 4pm+- and said those of us who know what we want can just get it below, no need to q to go upstairs. that's just what i did and after that he sent me right up when i said i wanted to grab a few more things

the issue here is. shouldn't they put up a message or something to indicate that situation? but of course, most ppl don't know what they want unless they read the recommended list here in soft :lol:

And once upstairs, there's another q waiting for every buyer.

I feel that an express queue will be an excellent idea... say...

5 or less items totalling below $200 after discount.

Then again, space constraint for an extra cashier/counter? =\
