Micing Of Drums!!! NEED HELP AND ADVICE!

Okaye so from upgrading my set to DIY soundproofing my room .. Now i want to mic up my drums and record some videos. Problem is, I have NO IDEA about recording.
DId some research.. see some Shure M57 and 58? And the cheaper lower end ones...
Let me give u a background of my set.
Fusion Set 10" 12" 14" 16"(Yes 4 toms)
Double Pedals
1 14" Snare
2 Crashes, 2 Splashes, 1 China, 1 Ride, 1 Hihat

So i see jargons like "Condensor" and "Dynamics". Some say have both of those mics for snares?

So what do you connect the mics to? Whats a mixer and audio interface?

I dont mind purchasing a full recording set for drums Second Hand...
Budget wise below $1000. Cheaper the better of course Everyone wants to save! haha.
Quality wise probably mid range would be good.
Any information/ideas/recommendation?
What would i need exactly for my set up?

If you want to record to the computer, you will need either a MIXER or an AUDIO INTERFACE that can take at least 13 microphone inputs.

You can consider the http://www.sweetwater.com/store/detail/R16/ . It has 8 mic inputs (only 2 has phantom power). You might need to share 1 mic between 2 toms.

After you have the audio down, you still need to sync it to the video in post.

Another way is

DRUMS -> 9 MIC -> MIXER -> Camera

This way more straight forward. Just need to make sure your camera has a LINE IN.

Overheads: AKG C1000
Recommendations for Hi Hat? This one im not sure already...
How about recording to post on youtube? I aspire to be Cobus.. hahahaha. Like video record down the drums... use any camera is it possible? Im using a Macbook though. so would u recommend lining into a Macbook or a camera. My camera is a Panasonic Lumix:/ nothing much though.
How much are the cables for each mic? Think it would be better to purchase a whole set up plus mixer secondhand?

You also need mic stand. There are some mic with clamps to attach to drum. Can save a lot of space.

shure beta and sm 57 need mic stands? Im really bummed out man. i need to find blueprintstudios for advice too. haha.
