metalcore is a growing genre..why is that?

LOG's vocals as recorded in CD's a very high..he screams high...but when it comes to life performances he usually will scream it low at some parts and high at other parts if you get what i mean...LOG is also one of my favourite american metal band...
 
LOG is metalcore.. its more old school in a sense, more original.. with a little hardcore influence in there too.
all these new crappy new metalcore bands wanna infuse shit into their music and appeal to the more mainstream crowd.. which in my opinion make them sound like shit, look like shit. i see so many stupid (smth)-core bands that all have different (smth)-core, but all sound alike. come to think of it, why not they just brand their music, suckstothecore
 
perhaps metalcore is a growing genre because now we're more appreciative of loud music. i think... it's also because friends influencing other friends into listening to this kind of genre...

i suggest the moderator for this website should close this thread. almost every post is crap. a bunch of posers who think they know so much. THE USED METAL?? very misleading liao
