are you sure this is only open to metal bands because usually i noticed that all gigs compromise of different bands froms diff genre??

well..i'm actually finding for bands tat can invest the money wit me also..so if more money..bigger gig..beta equipments...ye...if not just sell tickets ah..anithing just call me up(for bands who wanna invest the money wit me..)at my hp(94720073)....the profit will be distributed by the percentage u give in ah...

well..bcoz this is a DIY metal gig..i planned to make it at hougang cc since sembawang and woodlands dun allow me..and pluz the place at serangoon only allow 70 ppl for the gig..at least doing at the top floor or hougang cc can fill up more the 70 ppl..now i only need bands who wan to play to call me up and name me their band name and details..and even song list..well so far there is only 2 metalcore band..and 1 heavy/trash metal band(tats is my band)....i noe many ppl dun like metalcore..neither do i..no choice la..lookin forward to see more thrash and heavy metal bands..black metal are welcome..i wan a pure metal gig like we use to have at paradigm if u guys remember those times..interested bands..call me up..94720073..zul here..so far i'm the main organizer and i got 2 more helpers...anyone who wans to help out to make this gig more happening, are all welcome..

Do you organise gigs to "revolutionise" the local music scene or to just garner self fame and praise?

I don't see what's wrong with people "stealing your ideas". You said that you claim you organise gigs to make a difference in the music scene...fine I'm okay with that. But the fact of the matter you made the above comment makes us question ourselves whether you organise DIY gigs for self fame and praise or to make a difference in the music scene.

So what's wrong with people "stealing your ideas" about organising DIY gigs? It's for the greater good of the music scene no?

well..due to frens..i only accepted 2 metalcore band..but the rest is gonna be all metal..coz of our discussion is not finalize but so far wad we got from alot of meeting is tat the gig MAYBE held at hougang CC on the 9th feb..black metal and other metal are all welcome..94720073..just call for enquires..don sms..i can't recieved sms!!!haahah...cheers everyone..makin it happening its not me..its all of u metalheads ther..make it happen..hailz.. \m/
