Marshall echohead / tap tempo guide

Been cruising around on the web and on soft, looking at more info for using tap tempo on the echohead. Cannot really find any detailed guide

Can someone enlighten me on the actual usage "know how" of the tap tempo?

just connect an instrument cable(same as guitar cable) to input 2 of the pedal.

to change the timing of the delay in accordance to the music tempo thats played(with the guitar thru the delay), step/tap on the footswitch(couple of times) in the tempo/bpm(beats per minute) of music and you will have the delay timing changing itself to fit in with the music.

it allows the guitar player to change the setting by "tapping" on foot without bending over to adjust delay timing knob or on the fly changing of the delay time when tempo changed in the music being played(and delay effect is still needed)

as long as the footswitch you are using is momentary/non latching kinda, there shud not be any problem to tap tempo the delay time when connected to the echohead

Thanks, so just have to keep following the rythm of the band. If say i want do do a dotted eighth delay settings, how should i go about it?:-D

its not an echohead but to tap the dotted eights its the same way
