Never knew people would commit theft that consist a guitar.Maybe you should have the maestro staff to do a thorough check through their inventory again.

Things cant just go missing like that and without any evidence (talking about the cameras here) conclude that the guitar has disappeared due to theft.

Hi.

This thread will be taken down shortly as I acted too rashly posting up the thread in the first place. Nobody wanted the whole matter to happen. Like some of you have said, suay suay.

I would also like to say that apart from this, Maestro has also provided me with extremely good service on other occasions. They have explained to me that this issue is a good chance for them to further improve on their system, and they have already created a system to monitor the transit of guitars in and out of their locations.

We will be meeting up to discuss a compensation soon. Again, nobody wanted this to happen, and I'm happy to know that Maestro has taken initiative to improve their system so as to prevent similar issues from happening. I on my part will also take precautions to prevent my items from being stolen.

Lets all hope that we can all prevent further thefts or unfortunate events from happening.

Well said. What a great way to end 2008! Let bygones be bygones.

And the guys at Maestro are super nice guys la. We were one of the few Singaporeans in Frankfurt during MusikMesse in March, and i can say they're really a great bunch of people to be around with. :)

However, do you still want us to help you look out for your guitar?
