Low-cost keyboard for beginner

Am looking at a beginner's keyboard, nothing too serious. Will wan to use it with my garageband thus am looking at the PSR 403. Have 2 questions;

1. Is the Sim Lim Square ground floor shop trustworthy? He quoted me a price much lower than what Luthermusic is offering

2. Any other brands that I should be checking out?

Have looked through the forums but found nothing much on low end stuff. And I know I want something low end, since I'm sure my interest won't last. Am a guitarist at heart.

if u want to use it with Garage-band only ..

jus get a Midi Controller ..... it's waay cheaper ...

As in I want a keyboard, also wan to use it with garageband. Will irritate me to have to turn my comp on everytime I'm practicising the keyboards.
