erm...i just came back from a jamming session, but it was a bit screwed up.
i jammed at alvron studio, near bukit timah. we used room 1
well, i was plugging in my guitar (a j&d lespaul standard, its actually a friend of mine's) into the boss mega distortion pedal (the orange one) and into the amp. with the mic not on yet, i plugged my guitar setting into the amp.
then all of a sudden, a loud sickening noise (like a screeeeeeeeee) came out from the amp when i turned it on as well as the distortion pedal. it stopped when i lowered the amp volume and turned off the pedal distortion, and also switching the lespaul to ryhthm mode.
how can i prevent this?? it happens everytime i plug in to jam.
