looking to buy my first electric guitar

ARGH.
looks like i'll have to stick to my plan.. now evaluating btwn these choices:

Ibanez PGM3 - $650
Epi LP Standard - $450
Fender MIM Fat Strat - $750
Ibanez RG321 - $500

the fat strat stretches my budget but if its really good i'm willing to fork out extra.. any opinions on these?

if im u, i will be choosing epi lp, or rg321. cos fender abit x, pgm ( erm u dun seems to use whammy bar? ).

hmm i dunno about ibanez, but fender can accompany u almost life long. at most change pickups. yeah epi lp too, change the pickups will sound near to gibson lp. its all about peference

Take the Ibanez..Quite a versatile guitar..

Well looking at your styles, maybe the fat strat might be a good option. The humbucker with a hotter pickup can get you into the punk terrority, the more poppish stuff the coils might come in useful.

i'll prefer Ibanex as their actually very versatile...I got a Rg270 and an Ibanez GXR370...Works fine fer me...Great qulaity sounds...but also...think of the genre you will be playin...then check out different brands coz they actually give different sound...ur taste ur choice...

I would suggest the RG350 or the RG320 instead of the PGM or RG321 ... But these are merely suggestions ...

If youre into green day and rooster, i recommend an epi SG. Should be around 400.
