i think local hardcore videos are the bomb, but most of the time i just watch japanese ones, and once in a while white amateurs, which are more common

Is there a route in that circle these guys are supposed to umm.. circle around to? Or is there a set of steps or standard procedure to umm... 'dance' to?

Or can I just learn from some programme in the Animal Planet channel?

At least I know that headbangers headbang to the beat while getting rid of lice and dandruff and stuff but these boys? Doesn't even look remotely cool or enjoyable...
