subversion, how's tt john scotfield's album?

fantastic, entertaining & it's a touch of the great Sco all the way- i'm a big Sco fan anyway, would have bought the album 8)

it's not entirely instrumental, some vocals on selected tracks. i bought it to hear Sco jazz up materials which aren't his & he did it with taste. perhaps one of my best buy this year...

bro sub, how's the john5 album?

i'm kinda turned off by manson's anti-christ vibes, but i've got to admit, the guitars on the tracks are quite 'attractive'.

i'm a fan of John Lowery's playing since his Red Square Black days, he's an amazing guitar player but i was never into his Manson materials...

Songs for Sanity feature more of what Vertigo (prior release) has to offer but there are more outgoing materials this time + more country tunes. if you love guitar instrumentals, this one's definitely one to check out; John's technical prowess is unquestionable. Steve Vai plays on track 11... 8)

**PS: Thanks to Inokii for getting me a digipack version of SFS...
