I ordered the CD from The End mailorder bro. Got it within a week. Awesome. But this is one tough CD to listen to. Very complex, and nothing something you can just pick up and pop into your CD player, IMHO. But nevertheless an brilliant release..

Wah black metal all the way! How's the new Haunted, and the new Anaal Nathrakh? I only have Codex Necro..

Codex Necro is a very difficult album to surpass. Eschaton however, has elements of Codex in it, the remainder of which are extensions of Domine Non Es Dignus but done more aggressively. Atilla Csihar/ Shane Embury guest vocals/ bass respectively in one track.

the new Haunted has some surprises in there, namely some clean vocals. but the reason we buy Haunted releases is simply due to their comprehensive riffing. superb.

fans of Immortal would do well to check out I- Abbath's side project featuring members of Enslaved/ Gorgoroth, among others.
