hey there levan,

We,For Better Endings, would really really really love to play for LSB.

MySpace.com - FOR BETTER ENDINGS (2 New Samples Up!) - Hardcore / Metal / Rock - www.myspace.com/fbecore

-We've 2 years of experience in playing underground shows ranging anywhere from
ij studios to youth park to the arts house playden.
-We've managed to get a larger following in the recent months
-We pride ourselves on our live shows
-We've an upcoming Ep that will be released in july.
-We also have a few shows in different states of malaysia and thailand lined up to
be confirm to promote our Ep in the coming months
-We're easy to market because we're a multi-racial band
-We would represent a new wave of younger generation of bands that are on the rise
-Our band promotes a positive movement through our music and lyrics
-We want to be an example for other heavier bands that a heavy band can make it in this
scene if they believe in themselves and never give up doing what they love.

Thanks for your time.

I think we should pump this years LSB with some extra instrumental proficiency. Proggressive/Power/Symphonic Metal

So here's my choice:

1) Meza Virs
2) Zero Sequence
3) Lunarin

and if I had another choice, Allura's definately gotta be in for that extra tightness!

here's something interesting. If everyone could only pick one of the three, who'd it be?

Caracal - West Grand Boulevard - Allura

P.S. I'm not trying to start a battle royal of bands here, just trying to suss out what's best for the lineup that wouldn't be too similar to last year's.

on our hands and knees?

Dear levan,
i prepared these answers to your very detailed and exhaustive questionnaire:

1) Are you of a professional standard, performance and marketing wise?
YES!! yes... well performance YES! marketing? well... yes?
2) Are you really able to draw in the big crowds yet?
we're hoping the new album will have something to do with improving this... we can draw in a crowd easily. big crowd? like we love/hate 'big' girls kind of 'big'? what is big? it might hurt kind of 'big'? big?
3) Do you have an album / EP to promote in conjunction to the gig (Might as well use the opportunity to push sales or marketing!)
YERRSSSS!!!! 12 new songs! in a neat plastic package!! good quality! nice sound! yummy taste!
4) Do you love your staplers? only from the rear, but vigorously... and choot many pattern.
5) And most importantly of all, what will your band offer to the lineup that other bands do not?
the chance to buy an ugly in the morning cd? hell, we'll offer anything...anything!

in light of these meticulously researched answers, on behalf of my band ugly in the morning, i humbly request that you allow us the opportunity to play at this very large and well-attended music event, so that we can promote our second album, or if we can finish in time, maybe even launch there? please? maybe?
