From what I know, a lot of guitars produced in Japan are not commonly exported and a lot of them are really well built and designed. Just wondering if brands like Zemaitis, Combat, Killer, Deviser, Caparison etc have any love around here? Lets see 'em

It should be the same as your J custom. 17mm on first fret and 19mm on 12th fret. The radius also makes up for the thickness, making running around the fretboard easier. Which year is your J custom made in? I presume is the one that features the super wizards?

And if anyone ask, if there is a difference compare to the prestige wizard and the wizard II even thought it's just 1mm/2mm difference? Yes there is significance difference in the feel. Thickness isn't the only thing that is difference. The shape of the neck is also what contributes to it being comfortable.

Yeah same. But I wish the J.custom had a tad more beef to the neck. It has a D profile but I'm more used to C profiles. It's made in '09 I think.

gotta love the ebony fretboard, now needa know what pickup to replace the 707..
and yes the frets are huge, and the neck is thick as hell, worlds apart from my prestige, which is also mij hehe

Most of the Wizards are D shaped actually. My wizard 2 which I sand down to prestige wizard thickness is kinda meaty. LOL. I left the sides, giving it a very very meaty feel but thin. You might like the Jem necks or the prestige necks then. Those are slightly meatier compared to the super wizard.

Got this Takamine PTU 141C N from Tokyo. Think this is the range of takamines which they only sell within the japanese market. Great guitar! Comes with a hard case with strap which i dun really see any around.
