Description:
Demo video from original seller @ https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=G9vuudQdtRI&feature=emb_title
Very versatile 5 string bass with a very complete feature package. Easy to play with a fairly thin neck profile. The preamp is extremely musical with no noticeable tonal colouring set flat.
Between the PJ pickups combination, 3 band preamp and the mid switch, you can dial in just about any tone you are looking for from vintage P to modern bass hero bridge pickup (ie Janek, Hadrien etc) sounds.
Watch the video demo to listen to the wide range of tones available.
Condition:
Good, but there are signs of use due to a rather thin oil finish. There are some blemishes on the finish, slight headstock dings etc which is reflected in the pricing.
Price:
Looking at SGD 2,600, negotiable.
Original pricing from seller is about USD 3k (https://reverb.com/item/15254724-dragonfly-df5pj-bass-japan-direct-special)
