Last 4 string.

This 4 string that is brown in colour wear off very easy, the sound use to be very bright but after a day or two it does not anymore. Anyone know which string to buy, to at least don't wear off from gold to brown so easily?

You can try coated strings..

When i had my Seagull S6, i used Elixir Nanoweb coated strings, the ones in the purple box.
It costs quite a bit more, but its a long time before the bronze strings started to sound dull.

use the silver coated ones! but for me the B and high E strings are always the first to start rusting.

Hmm, like sub has said all strings will rust,

I recommend prolonging them rather than using coated ones as coated strings are costly and their tone dies rather quickly.
