Wonder how many bands actually have been succesfully formed thru SOFT.
I see SOFTies advert their services almost everyday, eg; Vocals, Guitarist, Bassist, Keys & Drummer etc.

How about the take up rate?

How many times did you guys jamm than you know that you clicked?

How many players did you auditioned, then you know he/she is the right one?

What are your experiences? Share please!

My band Retro Groove wasnt form as a result of soft

but

our current female singer saw the ad I put in soft for a female vox ( among other female singers who also applied) - shehas been with us now over 1 1/2 years and is singing with us 6 nights a week.

Last year I put together a project band called JACK VS JILL made up of softies - it was a great expirience but everyone in the band had thier own bands but we enjpyed our stint together
