Jimmy Lee and Tama Goh drum clinic

Hi guys and gals,

not sure if you have heard, but there's going to be a Jimmy Lee and Tama Goh drum clinic on the 3rd of Sep (Mon), 230 to 530pm. I believe both are sharing the stage at the clinic.

The clinic is organised by Swee Lee. I've tried to search their site for the official link to the clinic details but found none. Nonetheless if you go to Swee Lee or to Music Clef, you will see the posters for the clinic. Tickets are available at both places for $15.

For me, I've reserved my tickets. Although the clinic is set on a working day, I believe its worth squeezing some time out for it as its a mouth watering prospect, having two of the big name drummers in Singapore giving a combined clinic.

P.S. I've heard that Jimmy and Tama may be doing drum battle during the clinic!!

Oh haha, I went for drum lesson and Jimmy himself told me. There's also a poster outside Music Clef advertising for the clinic. For enquiries you could call Music Clef @ 6337 7177.

those of us working in the day wld have to take leave. but i'm definitely game for it, what about you guys?

after this clinic best to have tama (and maybe even jimmy) come for next meetup then we have another, more upclose and personal session :lol:

Yup I agree the timing is gonna be awkward for many... i had to reschedule my lab session at school to accommodate it as I told myself Im not gonna miss it :lol:

Oh yes, forgot to mention, location of clinic will be at DBS Auditorium, same place that the Thomas Lang clinic was held.

Haha it's the same place where MANY clinics were held, including the Omar Hakim one and the Horacio Hernandez one. I think swee lee likes DBS Auditorium. Lol.

Gahh I wanna go for the clinic, but I have exams on that day...
