Recently got interested in drum and got a hand over drum from a friend. Was thinking if it is possible to self learn drum with youtube on mobile app?

of course can , if you have enough interest.
But you must also know the basic theory on drums, e.g. terms like what is a flam, paradiddle, 4 bit, 8 bit, 16 bits etc.
