i new to electric guitar and i wanna buy a pedal for my post hardcore band , just wanna ask is FAB pedal good ? trying to get something cheap and good . THanks

dont cheap out on the FAB series. the danelectro coolcat series is improved and also the same price range.

I got the cool cat distortion, sounds pretty good for a mere 36 bucks, and if you want higher gain distortion, go for the metal 1 or metal 2 pedal because I think that the cool cat distortion ain't sounding good for hardcore stuffs.

ERm... its very trebly and SUper HIgh GAin! its so gainy that even on 1... its like 10 for a metal pedal.btw it sounds quite muddy .
get the coolcat instead.. and they have true bypass so that it dont colour your tone when not in use

fab pedals are like cheap and disposable stuff to me.

I bought one since is sent my crappy h2o v1 for servicing....the echo sucked hard since it wasnt technically a delay....but at least it served my needs which was adding more depth to my lead work.

I ended up donating it to the other guitarist of my band before buying the dd7 and the h2o v2 shortly after. Dint even bother to try selling it on SOFT like what most softies are doing...selling it for 20 bucks when you can easily get a new piece at davis for 27 bucks which is quite a waste of time imo.

Yeah of cos, but couple with a few other mods of cos
to make it more usable. Made the mix knob unity at max
as well. A slight tone cut to make it sound more anarog

Removed the limiting resistor as well, so can do all that
whacky oscillating sounds with a cheap 20 bucks pedal.

By the way, the fab series is not bad at all.
the plastic case and bypass is what comes
with the cheap cost.

So except from the odd knobs placement.
i can't find any faults with it

So to answer the title of the thread,
are the Fab pedals good?

Its good for the price you pay. very good actually.
compared with any shitty behringer pedals thats
twice the price, its great!
