iPod backup service

Anyone used this to have their iPod backed up? They offer it at Epicentre Orchard..

How does it work does anyone know? I have a 60GB iPod filled with (legitimate) music that I've ripped from my CDs on several different computers - the iPod has now in some way become the master store for all my digital music and if it goes wrong I'd be terrified of having to do all that ripping again..

Yeah, the free ones are great.

I use iDump to copy files from my iPod to my HDD. It's by far the easiest, most intuitive backup I've used.
