Instrumental track - demo

This is my first attempt at DIY home recording and here's the result:
Chen on purevolume™

It was a tedious job, esp since I had no one to consult when it comes to recording. Had to re-record many times till I almost gave up.

As for the song, itself, I've no idea whether it is good or not. I dunno how it will sound to someone listening to it for the first time, cos I myself have listened to this song countless times while recording it.

All right, now I gotta go offline to study for my prelims!! I'll be glad to hear some constructive comments. Thanks.

keep it up dude. there are others out there like you.
not everyone is into fast, mainstream music.

Drums added. I realised that composing suitable drum tracks aren't as easy as I thought... constructive crit would be appreciated!

I did editing with the mixer... Shifted the lead guitar to the left speaker, and the rhythm guitar and drums to the right speaker.

I also redo the whole drums for the song.

Let me know your opinions! Thx. Also, can anyone recommend me bands or songs which sound like mine (so I can hear how like their drums and production sounds like)?

For a first attempt, that was pretty cool.
Love how the gtrs create an ambience/mood at the start.

Agree w/Aki....

Keep at it. You're on the right track.
