Increase size of avatar pic

hi there guyz. was thinking if u could increase the size of the avatar pic to mebbe 100kb and below. 6k is really kinda pathetic.

With 5000++ Users it would waste to much server space and loading times urgh, 5 posts with 100kB avatars.

Personally, since we have a donation drive at the side, we can probably make it a donor's priviledge.. 8)

but i mean...if you have it on a url...do you really need to compress it to 6kb??

i have set the dimensions of the avatar to be 80x80 pixel. for that size, 6kb is quite ok. remote linking helps to reduce bandwidth but alot of time, the remote link become invaild and we have missing pix. not so nice also.
