oooh, i like the popping sound during playing, percussive i feel...
but there is a popping sound when I activate the pedal that throws me off.
other than that, its a vintage sounding compressor which I think is quite relevant to me.

but methinks that the ross style comp is the one used by many popular guitarists before and so too as well as the juicer to get their ultimate signature compressed tone, and since my band plays lots of covers, I think it suits me just fine...
I had a jam with it and I must say I'm really really happy with it, one day when I have time I may buy the tonepress and see if its better or more relevant for my style.

No la, i tried the tone press before...didn't bought it. My citrus was acherly that i told goose i wanted 1 since aug/sept....only collected it this month lol. SCF is bought only this month....didn't buy anything else ah~~
Then again, aren't everyone's gas level perpetually on a high?! :lol:

I is no knowing whether it's vintage sounding or not... I is judges by what I rikes and discounts... Hurhurhur...

Has anybody tried the rocktron compressor? no rocktron dealers in sg so i guess not a lot of people here tried one before. interested to know how it compares to the boss cs3 and the keeley comp.

i may be speaking with vested interest but no i got no stock for it so... no vested interest here.
I REALLY REALLY REALLY LIKE Electro Harmonix Soul Preacher. Its a compressor that I'll use and I'd build to sell even. But then its available, small and affordable.
I know Mrmisse has got one piece, so go crazy and buy it from him.
