i bought 2.1k 2nd hand for MKI. U check out www.musiciansfriend.com for price on MKII. should be $3299 i think.

Best to check out ishibashi u-box. they have it once in a while. Serious!!!!!

Hmmm these amp you've tested sounds like mine

MKII & Alex Lifeson
1. no reverb
2. 1/2 power switch
3. ch1a gain is the master vol, NO breakup. 100% clean tone
4. "tight" switch controls CH1a & b.
5. purple colour lights

MKI
1. Spring Reverb
2. no 1/2 power switch. if you want 1/2 power, just take put the 2 inner of outer tubes. it only decreases about 3 decibels. nothing much
3. tight switch control ch 1 & 2
4. Theres abit breakup on CH1a.
5. no purple colour lights

They are both really awesome amps. IT has all the gain you ever need. But if you need a little more, just kick in an OD, sd1 or ts9.
