The whole piece of metal broke? How'd that happen? It's called the trem block I think.

i bought a replacement tremolo from davis sometime back, dun think it costs as much 50. that is, provided u buy the "brandless" one, it works fine, and a fender replacement arm even fits. it comes with the works btw, as in 3 springs, trem claw, the trem block itself, etc.

and also, as mentioned above, how did it break? 8O

well i was just adjusting the whammybar inwards.....wrong move i guess...and yes i was divebombing real hard....newb at that time.

Interesting but where exactly is it broken? Is the pic your gtr or a generic pic? The whole block or the tremolo arm broke in the the screw in cavity?
