how to clean guitar fret? like mine?

to me- it's not appealing. i prefer the fluid type where it gets dry & residue free. the GHS' brush applicator also gets dirty after repeated use- ironic really, it's a string cleaner.

The other thing is the cloth of the GHS Fastfret. Some material of the cloth tend to get stuck on the strings after wiping off the wax. I'm thinking off changing brands. How much does the Dunlop strings conditioner cost?

the last time i saw it, it's in a pack together with the fretboard cleaner/ moisturizer...

i'm using DÁndrea, shouldn't be more than $7...

Use the dunlop fretboard cleaner. its a solvent for your organic grime on the board and inbetween the frets. its good enough to do the job

Dang. I just bought my Fast-fret yesterday.. But it did make my acoustic sound brand new again..
But I don't really like the oily-ness when you first apply.. I shall wait a few days and see if it goes away..

fast-fret seems to make my strings rust faster, so i stopped using it...

don't mind me asking, what's string cleaner for?
usually my strings last like maybe 1.5 to 2 months then i just change them.

i have a bottle of string cleaner and it smells like nail polish remover. and i'm worried that cleaning it with string cleaner will be like fast fret i.e. make it rust faster...
