How do i ship a bass to U.S.

I don't know where i can park this thread so here goes. I have a bass that i want to ship to U.S. i check out UPS and Fedex website and both seem to be quite a hassle. I will need to raise comercial invoice, find own packaging etc? Is there an easier way, or any one-stop solution? Advise pls

Does anyone have experience with Singpost? I checked out their website but i din see such services available. I stay quite a distance from the nearest Singpost and dun want to cart the bass there to find out that they dun provide shipping.

i have experience but only with small items... i (or rather they) used EMS which is faster and more expensive than normal shipping (never tried 'normal' shipping though). as for the website, well singpost lah, wad do u expect :mrgreen:
