Help with piano!

hey guys! i have a piano that have been seating around in my house for freaking long! so long until the keys are now stucked and you cant press them down! if you do it will remain stuck and need to force it to go back to its original position! anyways i wana ask if there is any way to salvage it? or is it a gonner? much help needed!

Yes, it can be salvaged. Probably need an overhaul. Contact a piano repair service.
