Help! What pedals to achieve this sound?

Hi guys

Would just like to know how to achieve this particular sound I heard on the Silversun pickups video - Brian Aubert creates this effect from 4:15 and 5:17,
any idea how he does that?

if I'm not wrong it seems to be a delay setting, but im not sure which and how to achieve this! He seems to be using 2 DD3s and a line 6 DL4

It sounds like a lot of delays strung together with the feedback set on high, causing the oscillation. Or he has a feedbacker of some sort.
