help identify this jazz bass.

i saw this jazz bass available at davis guitar about half a year ago.. $1000.. MIJ.. really wanted to get it.. now that i got money.. but they no longer carry it.. they dun even know which piece i talking about.. hahaha..

i think its called the aerodyne jazz bass but i google for it.. i get something else leh.. haha

Did it have Dimarzio pickups? If so, its probably an Aerodyne Jazz Bass Medium. I think its 32 inch scale, but I'm not too sure.

Click on "Aerodyne Medium". This bass is also possibly an older Aerodyne model that was manufactured for the Japan market or something, but I can't be too sure about that.. I'm not too familiar with older CIJ models.

Actually, your 2 pictures show two different basses. My previous post was referring to the top picture.

This, I'm 100% sure about: The bottom picture is the Aerodyne Jazz Bass. It's identical to the Aerodyne Jazz Bass manufactured by Fender Japan for the US market, except it has a pickguard. It's a model manufactured for Japan markets. Check out the specs of the Aerodyne Jazz Bass at Fender USA's website, or musiciansfriend.com, and you'll get the specs of the Aerodyne Jazz Bass with the pickguard.

i must be able to find this bass before i can confirm which one i wanna buy.. haha.. i tried swee lee.. they dun have it.. davis said must import personally.. but that would cost a lot more ah.. hahaha..
