Here is how bands can apply for HeartRock GiGs. For the moment we only have Marine Cove which is suitable for more chilling out kind of music, so if yours is a hardcore band or even on the heavier side of rock, please wait!

Please do not apply for gig slot via PM in soft.com. My email is heartrock.bands.com.

Please fill in complete details as stated in the band info form. Half completed forms will not be accepted.

Gig slots are given on INVITATION ONLY!. There is no guaranteed of slot upon submission of form, and confirmation of slots comes through email. So please do not ask when is your slot.

I think the situation at HRS is no difference from any other gig organizers in that we have more applicants than gigs available despite the fact that we have at least two gigs a month.

There are different categories of gigs that we organize.

1. New bands platform
2. Selective new bands platform + reinforcement (repeat performance)
3. Events (community events + schools)
4. Big shows (Rock On Singapore, Asian Indie Festival)


Maplewood, Kovan and Singapore Expo falls into the first category. Marine Cove being in the second, Youth Concert is somewhere between 3rd & 4th.

Right now the first category is practically non available, and we are desperately trying to get that off the ground again so that more first timers can perform.

For Marine Cove, we have to extremely careful what bands to put there.

And last of all as I said, we will invite! Submission of band info form is to tell us that you are available for invitation.

We are also studying the model of co-operative gigs...meaning a few bands will pool money together to fund their own gigs while we help you with the organizing. Nothing is finalized yet.
